Return Window

  • Exchanges: If you want a different size/color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.
  • Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as “final sale”)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., intimates) where the health seal is broken or not in its place

How to Start a Return

  • 1. Email us at nordichomedeco@outlook.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)
  • 2. Our support team will reply with a Return Authorization and the return address instructions.
  • 3. Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer remorse (didn’t like it, changed mind): Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution after reviewing your photos.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • The item and the issue
  • The shipping label on the package
  • The outer packaging (if damaged)

After verification, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a return depending on availability and the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise required by law).
  • Processing times typically take 3-10 business days after approval (bank delays may vary).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds / Deductions

For returned items that show excessive wear, damage, missing tags, or incomplete packaging, we may:

  • Decline the return, or
  • Issue a partial refund / store credit (restocking fee and processing requirements).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible at nordichomedeco@outlook.com.
  • We can cancel orders that have not entered processing or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution, as we communicate directly via payment gateways based on case and tracking status.
